Mentor

Mentors fill in additional chapter roles by working collaboratively with other directors. They work with youth and the position includes theatrical directing. Some chapters may specify duties for mentors or assign specific positions to them (example: Operations Manager, Community Outreach Director, etc.); some may include them as general team members. Prior experience with youth-serving or arts organizations preferred. 5-10 hours per week.
