The Artistic Director works collaboratively with the Program Director, local Mentor/Director team, and the Executive Director to lead weekly artistic programming with youth and coordinate additional community programming as the chapter is able. The Artistic Director is responsible for coordinating rehearsals, schedules, and shaping the overall artistic vision for productions. Prior experience with youth-serving or arts organizations preferred. 5-10 hours per week.
