Proud Theater-Madison
About Our Madison Chapter
Proud Theater-Madison was founded in 1999 as Proud Theater’s first chapter, providing an exciting opportunity for LGBTQ+ and allied youth to explore themselves and their identities through theater, music, dance, and spoken word in a safe, fun, welcoming, and supportive environment to middle and high school students ages 13-18 throughout Dane County and the surrounding area.
There are no auditions, applications, or fees for being part of Proud Theater, and youth don’t need to have any prior arts experience.
