Proud Theater-Wausau is hosting a workshop on mental health with North Central Health Care! The workshop will be 11-2 at YWCA Wausau, 613 5th Street in Wausau on January 19th. We will have time to talk about self-care, how to seek treatment for depression, anxiety, and other conditions, healthy relationships, and much more. Food will be provided. The workshop is free and open to all youth ages 13-18 in the community. Come join us!
